Hi,I just wanted to make a quick update on the market in Southern Utah. The market when through a slight correction over the summer and sales werent as good as we would have hoped. The good news is though that things seem to be picking up around Cedar City and in the mountains above Cedar City including Duck Creek and Brian Head. I believe prices did correct for the amazing gains we saw in 2004 and 2005 and that is a natural part of the market. Cedar City has the advantage of strong growth in the job market as well as many retirees wanting to move here to get out of the larger cities of Las Vegas and Southern California. This is helping to keep demand high for homes and keep prices from dropping dramatically. Well thats about it I will keep this post short and sweet.
